1. No Personal Data Collected
TierListMaker.online does not collect, store, or process any personal data. We have no sign-up forms, no tracking cookies, and no analytics that identify individual users.
2. Your Images Never Leave Your Device
All images you upload are processed entirely within your browser using local JavaScript and the HTML5 Canvas API. No image data is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party. We have no access to your files at any point.
3. localStorage
We use your browser's localStorage API to save your tier list state (tier configurations, labels, colors, and image data as base64 strings) so your work persists between sessions. This data stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. Clear it anytime through your browser settings or by using the Reset button in the tool.
4. Hosting & Infrastructure
TierListMaker.online is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server-side access logs (IP addresses, request paths, timestamps) as part of their infrastructure operations. These logs are governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not access or store these logs.
5. Third-Party Scripts
The Download PNG feature draws your tier list with the HTML5 Canvas API from data stored in your browser (no DOM/CSS screenshot). No third-party capture libraries are used.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of TierListMaker.online after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
